We collect information to power the AI-BI experience:
- Personal Data: Name, email, and billing info.
- Input Data: We process the data you provide to generate AI insights.
- Metadata: Technical logs to prevent abuse and optimize model performance.
2. GDPR & International Transfers
AI-BI Artificial Intelligence operates globally.
- Cross-Border Transfers: Your data may be transferred to servers in the United States or other regions. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure that your data receives an equivalent level of protection as required under GDPR.

3. Machine Learning & Training Disclosure
- Our Policy: AI-BI Artificial Intelligence does not use "Personal Data" contained within your Inputs to train our base foundation models without your explicit opt-in.
- Model Optimization: We may use de-identified, aggregated usage patterns (e.g., frequency of tool use) to improve Service performance.
B2B Addendum: Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
For our business customers.
If you are using AI-BI to process the personal data of your own customers (e.g., using AI-BI as a sub-processor), the following applies:
- Role: You are the Data Controller; we are the Data Processor.
- Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit for all user data.
- Sub-processors: We utilize high-tier infrastructure providers that have SOC 2 compliance. A full list of our sub-processors is available upon request.
